This upgrade expands your existing PCTEL SeeHawk Touch and IBflex P25 testing solution to support comprehensive in-building network testing across 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G technologies. It enables measurement and analysis of both commercial and public safety networks within U.S. and Canadian frequency bands, delivering a unified platform for verifying coverage, performance, and interoperability across all critical communication systems.

• Finding SeeHawk Touch Activation ID:

1. 1. Launch SeeHawk Touch.
   2. Select the overflow menu (3 dots) in the top right corner.
   3. Select License.
   4. Locate the last 4 digits of the Activation ID associated with the "SHT-Base" license
   5. Enter these 4 digits the above order field.
